Onto the next stop. We had planned to leave the Rest Area at 3 but we over slept. I had set the alarm on my phone, but it either didn’t go off or we slept through it.
It had been a rough night for Dreugan.. He had diarrhea which meant him or I didn’t sleep the best. Which surprised me that I slept through the alarm. Dreugan is doing better this morning.
Our view for the night.. Not best view, but nice and warm 72 degrees. Tomorrow we head towards Houston, before taking a day or so off from traveling and staying at the Gulf!
Dreugan update: He’s back to tormenting Litha, Weillow and the Kitty. He found his riding spot, next to me under my seat (As long as Weillow isn’t laying next to my chair first). Now comes the fun of keeping him quiet and not over doing it..
Onto our next stop for the night by Dallas Tx. Dreugan is better today, ate all his food which included a pain pill.. He’s back to whining cause one of the other dogs are in a spot he wants. But yet he can’t decide where he wants to lay. Then Weillow likes to take his spot to piss him off.. Don’t need kids when furry kids #travelingwithdogs
We made it to Loves in Clovis. Dreugan’s appetite has returned though only giving him small amounts. But we may need a exersist now..
First leg of our trip. Anne and Faax are all relaxed during the ride.. Picked up Dreugan from the vet, he is doing good, sleeping between my chair and the wall.
Not much has been going on the last couple days.. To keep our sanity we decided to take a step back from the solar, and took a drive, no we didn’t allow Dreugan to drive.. He has issues of not watching the road, turning around in the seat and sometimes laying on the floor..
Today we took the day off from getting things ready for our upcoming trip. Not because we wanted to, but most everything that needs done is outside, out in the 40 mph wind gusts.
Dreugan did enjoy the tumble weeds though.. Became a game to him catch the weed!
We have been busy getting everything ready to head out to visit family for the holidays. Planning routes, stops, cleaning the beast..
Second photo is Dreugan laying in bed with us watching vvitch. Next week poor Dreugan goes in to get neutered..We tried timing this so he’s healing while we’re traveling.. We talked with the vet before scheduling and they agreed. Since we’re full time in the RV, he’ll be home and we can keep him quieter and cleaner while traveling better then here on the property.
After a day of cleaning, working on the studio and campers, we settle in for some home made pizza!!
We always enjoy having campers, to hear their stories, share our story. Watching each one enjoy the land and it’s beauty. Being able to share this little piece land with others makes all worth while!

Brent has been working on getting the studio setup.. Many things yet to do, but it’s looking good so far!!
