You bring the performance—we supply the power. Our entire live sound infrastructure, music recording studio, and camp layout run 100% on high-efficiency, on-site solar energy networks.

What We Provide Event Hosts & Artists:

Full Live PA Sound System: Complete with professional trussing and dynamic stage lighting configurations.
On-Site Sound Engineering: An experienced sound engineer is included to handle top-quality live audio mixing and production for your event.
The Artist Greenroom: A dedicated private backstage sanctuary for performers, equipped with a 40-inch streaming TV, Blu-ray player, mini-fridge, couch, table, and a queen-size hideaway bed with a 2” memory foam topper. (Note: Cooking supplies are available upon request; overnight residential stays in the greenroom are strictly prohibited)

We offer versatile stage options to seamlessly fit the scale of your performance

Full Staging with Drum Riser (12×12 ft / 144 sq ft): Our flagship covered stage, built ideal for full live bands, DJs, and large festival setups. The middle bar is completely removable, allowing the structure to be broken down into smaller custom layouts.
Small Stage / Open Mic Setup: An intimate, streamlined PA platform built perfect for 1-to-2 piece acoustic acts, stand-up comedy, conventions, reunions, or small wedding ceremonies.

Property Event Policies & Logistics

Total Audio Freedom: Because our campground sits completely isolated in the desert, we have zero local noise ordinances—your music can roar as loud and late as the performance demands!
We feature a clean, eco-friendly community compost toilet on-site (The Hut). Shower facilities are unavailable. Because we only have one toilet on-site, renters and bands are strictly responsible for arranging and paying for any additional portable toilets needed for large crowd turnouts.
Sanctuary Rules: We are a proudly BYOB and 420-friendly facility (strict personal consumption only; commercial vendor sales are not permitted unless you are licensed and insured by the state to do sales). Domestic pets are welcome but must remain securely leashed at all times and are restricted from entering the compost toilet, greenroom, or private residential zones.
Safety: Guests and event coordinators assume all personal liability for safety while navigating our remote, rugged off-grid terrain

Maximum property capacity for private festivals, concerts, and music events is strictly capped at 300 total attendees (with a hard structural limit of 60 total camping setups, including RVs, vans, trucks, and tents).

The 30% Revenue Split: Performing artists keep 70% of total ticket sales, with a 30% venue split retained by the property. Primitive overnight event camping for all ticket holders is fully included in this split layout.
Booking Deposit Required: To secure your calendar dates and cover production setup logistics, a non-refundable advanced booking deposit is required up front. This deposit is fully credited back toward the venue’s 30% split at the conclusion of the event.
Ticket Tracking Integration: To maintain safe capacity levels and ensure an accurate financial split, all performing groups must utilize a verified online ticketing platform with real-time sales tracking shared directly with mesa management prior to gate opening.
Bands & Performers Welcome: Performing artists have creative freedom to run their events DIY-style. Bands are responsible for their own event setup, advertising, and marketing promotion, as well as covering fuel costs for any auxiliary generators utilized during the festival.
