Cleaning day.. We don’t fill up the tank in the RV so means boiling up hot water. For drinkable water we fill up 4 5 gallon jugs at walmart to use. This will change once the new solar is up and going… Once the solar is up we have 3 / 330gallon tanks full of water that will be hooked up to a well pump. Progress part2.

So, until then we run the generator to vacuum, and remain in travel mode for showers. When will the solar be up, you may ask? We had planned to have it built and up by now.. But with shipment delays and  price of lumber we have decided to wait until after our upcoming trip.

We can’t say it’s been our favorite time here on the mesa the last 4 days. We had 3 days of high winds ripping through and tearing up things. Yesterday the winds stopped we were able to put some of the things back together then took a few minutes to relax and burn.
