#### Weather-Dependent Performances
Please note that all performances at the venue are weather dependent. While the music portion is free to all campers, if we need to cancel due to weather, we will provide a 5-day notice. In such cases, the music event will be rescheduled for the following Saturday.
#### Flexible Options for Attendees
In the event of a date change, all registered attendees have a few options available: 1. **Camp on the Original Date:** Enjoy your camping experience even without the music. 2. **Transfer Your Registration:** Move your booking to the rescheduled date. 3. **Cancel Before 72 Hours:** Receive a full refund if you cancel before 72 hours of the original date. Please note, no refunds will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled dates.
