Thursday, January 8th, 64 degrees and windy. We got tired of waiting for a nice day and decided to work on the “Hut.” We had purchased this little building off the Market for an outdoor toilet with a compost toilet.
The person who built it with previously used corgated metal. Which means it has screw holes. Every time it’d get windy, you could feel the wind come right through. Also, when we get snow or a heavy rain, it leaks.
We had been waiting for a nice non windy day, but today we gave up waiting and finished the inside. We weren’t able to redo the roof, but we plan to do it when it’s not as windy.
