As many of you know, everyone here at Ka-Hoon Campground and Event Center is a huge supporter of Advocatus Diaboli and the Grim Leafer Band. We are thrilled to announce that they will once again be taking the stage at Red Gorilla Studios LLC in Albuquerque on August 3rd.
This promises to be a night of unforgettable music, with doors opening at 7 pm. Advocatus Diaboli and the Grim Leafer Band will deliver a mix of their signature parodies, originals, and covers that never fail to captivate and entertain.

July was a blast at Ka-Hoon Campground and Event Center! Our 4th of July Celebration and the Music in the Desert Saturday Talent Show and Karaoke were both fantastic and had a great turnout. The Anime event was a hit, and as always, watching and listening to Advocatus Diaboli and the Grim Leafer Band was a real treat!

Join us this coming Saturday, July 13th, for the Music in the Desert Talent Show and Karaoke. It’s free to attend, and camping is just $12.00 for up to 5 people per campsite. BYOB and 420-friendly.
** NM Hootenanny **
Make sure to register for the 4-day Halloween Hootenanny in October to reserve your spot. Come for one day or all days! We have live music, camping, a Campsite Creepy Crawl, campsite decorating, trick-or-treating through the sites, a costume contest, a costume parade scavenger hunt, bonfires, and more!

Day 2 of the 4th of July Celebration at Ka-Hoon Campground and Event Center
Today is day 2 of our 4th July Celebration on the 6th here at Ka-Hoon Campground and Event Center, and we have a fantastic lineup for you! The gates are open all day, so come and join the fun.
**Event Highlights:**
– **Live Music:** Enjoy live performances by Advocatus Diaboli and the Grim Leafer Band tonight.
– **Anime Movie:** After dark, an anime movie will be playing in the Cahoots Courtyard.
– **Bonfires:** Warm up by the fire with bonfires inside the Cahoots Courtyard and outside at the Hearth communal firepit.
– **Camping:** Secure your spot and camp under the stars.
**Important Information:**
– This is a BYOB and 420-friendly event. However, no alcohol or 420 consumption is allowed within the Cahoots Courtyard.
– Don’t forget to bring lawn chairs for comfortable seating.

4th of July Celebration at KaHoon Campground: BBQ, Fireworks, and Live Music!
4th of July Festivities at Ka-Hoon Campground
Yesterday, we hosted a fantastic community BBQ to celebrate the 4th of July. After enjoying some delicious food, we headed to the northern edge of the Mesa to catch a spectacular view of the fireworks. From this vantage point, we could see fireworks being launched in Los Lunas and Albuquerque, as well as smaller displays in Belen and Bosque.
Belen had already held their fireworks show last Saturday, so the crowd was smaller than last year, which made for a more relaxed experience. As we returned home, we were treated to a stunning natural light show as Mother Nature lit up the sky with her own fireworks over the Manzano Mountains.
Today, we’re gearing up for our 2-day 4th of July Celebration here at Ka-Hoon Campground and Event Center. We can’t wait to continue the festivities with all of you!

Last Saturday, Advocatus Diaboli and the Grim Leafer Band lit up Red Gorilla Studios with an electrifying performance. The night was filled with incredible music, fantastic energy, and the joy of connecting with fellow music enthusiasts.

We’re excited to announce that the Pre 4th Rock Show and Animatronic Showcase featuring Tickified, Ashes of Today, Wounded Silence, and Advocatus Diaboli and the Grim Leafer Band has a new venue!
Originally scheduled at Stage Luchetti, the event will now take place at Red Gorilla Studios LLC in Albuquerque. Times remain the same, and we can’t wait to see you all there!
