Heater time?

Think it’s time to get out the heaters! This morning at 30 degrees outside, 40 inside it would had been nice to run the chill out. We don’t run heaters while we sleep, we usually stay warm in bed, no reason to waste propane (we are cheap). When it’s cold we run the heater in the evenings until we go to bed, and turn them on for few hours in the morning.

This year we don’t have Amigo crate to set the heater on, which means we need to figure out another location for it.

Advocatus Diaboli and the Grim Leafer Band are staying in the Greenroom which isn’t insulated nor heated..This morning they came in for coffee, hung out a few before heading back out, said the expression of “being cold as Hell” was basically a myth and didn’t even mention anything further about it.

So maybe it’s just me…

A Visitor in Juniper

We have a visitor. As many know that most of this area has free ranged cattle. They are taken care of by who we call the Rancher (we know his name). They like to visit us, knock over the solar lights, ate the flowers off our yucca. We don’t mind them to much, but we do chase them out of the yard, campsites…

But this old (idk if he’s old or not) guy whenever we see him he always seems to be alone. So when he comes and visits we leave him alone.

He seems to like the Juniper campsite, our only tree.

I know he’s not ours, but we’d like your help in giving him a name, we have been calling him the black bull..
