We have a couple events coming up with openings for Musicians, Bands, Artists and crafters..

During the NM 2024 Nomad Gathering in the Desert being held May 10 to 12.

Have added an Arts and Craft show to the schedule. If you have art and/or crafts that you’d like to showcase please contact us for details.

We also have a NM Hootenanny in the works. Hootenanny is a New Mexico Music and Arts festival in the desert.

First Picnic at Plateau Hame De Colquhoun

4 years ago today, we came to what is now Ka-Hoon Plateau Hame De Colquhoun and had a picnic. Set the Colquhoun stone. Knowing we’d be heading back to Minnesota to get ready to make our move to New Mexico and start our own adventure.

It was an adventure it has been. We’ve have learned far more than we had ever thought. We were full of dreams if becoming a campground and Event center, but at that time we where not sure how, or when or if people would come.

We’d like to announce that Katie’s Silver Rainbow Readings will be doing Tarot readings during the Nomad Gathering in the Desert for tips. The Nomad Gathering is May 10th to the 12th here at Ka-Hoon Plateau Hame De Colquhoun !

Katie’s Silver Rianbow Readings is also available for in person and online readings!

2024 Nomad Gathering Schedule
The schedule is subject to change

Friday

5 pm Opening meeting
Setting up silent auction.
6 pm Karaokes, talent show
Bonfire
Saturday:
10 am morning meeting
All are welcome to do workshops. You can announce your workshop, time, and location during the morning meetings.
Noon tour of the mesa. Take a ride around the mesa. See the labyrinths, Valleys, learn some of the history.
3 pm Potluck
Due to allergies, please list ingredients
6 pm Concert with Advocatus Diaboli and the Grim Leafer Band

If you would like to Host an activity or Vend your goods please let us know. Vending is free for all attendees.

No need to register to vendor your goods and wares.

BYOB and 420 Friendly. This is a family event, we ask that you be responsible if you’re going to drink or partake in 420.

Registration can be found on our web site, or purchased at the Dusty Nail General Store the days of the event. All registrations purchased at the store are for First Come First Serve Campsites.
