Dreugan 6 weeks old yesterday Feb 14th, and Anne working on school work. Later we’re hoping to go walk around down town and do some sight seeing, tomorrow we plan to go soak in the hot springs!
First time raising a puppy in a RV.. Issue one we have no room for a crate inside. Especially one that he will grow into.. I had put a clothes basket at the end of the bed then covered it, so he could sleep there at night.. He stayed first 2 hours, he now sleeps next to my pillow. It’s Okay for now, but when he’s grown and 100 lbs it’s not going to work…

Brent surprised me for my birthday today with this little baby… He’s only 5 weeks old but already 10lbs… Rottsky with the brightest blue eyes! His name is Dreugan! Love you Brent, best present…
Happy 17th Birthday to Anne! Her first birthday out here on the mesa! What a difference a year makes, living up to the challenges and becoming more wise to living tiny and significant.
Been a busy week dealing with more wind damage, and Anniversary of our first picnic on the land a year ago. Before we made any plans of what we thought we’d need nor had any idea what it was going to be like living up here.
In the near future we are planning on making a major change to our set up in hopes of better protection from the elements. Stay tuned to our Wednesday videos and posts for updates!
We lost a dear loved one today to Covid.. Though I was only able to spend a short time getting to know him he had touched my heart. To see the love he felt for his son and grandkids, to also feel that accepting love towards me. We had planned to visit last summer but Covid didn’t allow it.
You will always be in my heart and I thank you for much of what I have. I see you in face of the man I love so very much Brent Colquhoun and your two wonderful grandkids Anne Calhoun and Bryandt Calhoun . Without you I would not be were I am today.
