Once you arrive, you leave the city behind: wide open desert, star‑filled skies, total privacy, and the freedom to make your visit exactly what you want it to be. Families, couples, solo travelers, pets, horses, ATVs — all are welcome.

Long-Term Stays Flexibility to stay longer through our Membership Program (good for folks preparing for off-grid land, extended travel, or a slow reset).

  • Compost Toilet (“The Hut”) — eco‑friendly and maintained.
  • Outdoor communal fire pit & firewood for group bonfires.
  • “The Bothy Kitchen” — communal cooking area with grill (available by request). Charcoal grill option available (BBQ grill per night, refundable deposit applies).
  • Cellphone charging station (available on request).
  • UPDATE: Shower access is temporarily unavailable while we resolve water‑delivery system issues. We keep showers turned off until reliable water supply returns. We apologize for inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
  • Horse-friendly & ATV/UTV-friendly terrain — bring your gear.
  • Pet-friendly camping — pets welcome (please clean up after them).
  • Photographers welcomed — desert landscapes, sunrises/sunsets, wild skies.
  • Event access — when events are scheduled, you’re invited to join music nights, open mics, movie nights, and more.

  • Proximity to supplies — about 13 miles from the nearest truck stop, 15 miles from a Walmart — for any last-minute needs.

Please note our refund policy: No refunds are available past 72 hours prior to your scheduled stay. This policy applies to all bookings, including same-day reservations, which are considered non-refundable. However, transfers to another day may be possible upon request.
