Good Sunday, we are working on day 2 of very little sun shine. Which means we can’t run any extra electricity. We can always start up a generator, but we try not to.
We really want to have the car back, it’s been almost 2 months and it still hasn’t been touched. The insurance hasn’t even approved the repairs. When we talk to the insurance company and the body shop it becomes a blaming game. The insurance is saying the bodyshop bit off more than they could chew and 2 months behind. But yet the insurance company hasn’t even approved the repairs.
We where told if we want the dents fixed it’s going to take months.
This is our first dealings with Progressive and I have to say we are not impressed at all..
