Rules and Regulations

“Important Tour Information:

1. Waiver: Please be prepared to sign a waiver before embarking on the tour.
2. Age Requirement: Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are required; no open-toed shoes, sandals, or flip flops allowed.
4. Rough Terrain: The tour traverses rough, rarely traveled roads, sometimes close to the edge of the mesa. It’s not recommended for those with extreme fears of heights.
5. Wildlife: Be aware of snakes and other wildlife. Use caution when exiting the vehicle and watch your step. Walking sticks are welcome.
6. Prohibited Items: No weapons of any kind or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the tour.
7. Weather Policy: Tours may be cancelled or postponed due to rain or snow. Refunds will only be given for cancelled tours; no other refunds available.”
